INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Considering the scale of our products, our customers have shipping insurance included and is mandatory while placing their order. This may be waved ONLY if the item is picked up and carried out by the person on the card. This is to avoid fraud.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. Shipping and handling charges are
not refundable. All of our services above 24 x 30” automatically include White Glove Service, which requires an international delivery service to deliver, unpack and hang the art piece in a setting of the client’s choosing. This is to track culpability should the item arrive damaged and avoid conflicts. Should the item arrive damaged in transit, the delivery service assumes culpability and the item must be returned to Frances Whisnant where then the refund will then be issued.
